The sunny autumn is getting colder and darker every day, and the November is coming soon. Shorter days, the first frosts bring with them the slowing down of nature - whatever it is, retreats, sleeps. In parallel with the transformation of nature, we humans can also discover a similar internal shift towards the stillness of grayness, slowing down, silence, seemingly stopping time. In this workshop we want to give room for your inner rhythm to meet the rhythm of nature - because we are all part of nature.
The group is headed by: • Sándor Oláh, psychologist, integrated consultant, focus trainer, focus-oriented therapist candidate • Ildikó David, an ecopsychological psychologist
Methods: • A synonym for focusing could be the connection or encounter: encounter, connection with our inner experience. Quality, as we relate to our own experiences, is the basis for our connection to everything and to everyone. Therefore, it is important to discover this very complicated, exciting and surprising internal relationship system. The body has an important role to play in this, because the body signals immediately, in fact, only immediately and only the body can signal. These signals can also be interpreted accurately through the body. Focusing supports us in getting access to this inner compass and by getting the deep understanding that we need to be able to change with the constant changes in life.
• Our individual lives are in a million ways intertwined with our environment and other living beings - the ecopsychological approach promotes this connection. Modern today, the perception and experience of our belongings to the system of nature is in the background, but reconnection is possible, healing and fuller. During the course of the session, we spend time, focus and connect with different parts of nature. The ecopsychological elements of the program are based on the approach and methodological basis of the Institute of Ecopsychology. https://ecopsychology.hu
